Really poor customer service. The staff (most likely are the owners) always show their 'black' face to the customers like we were their enemy or owing millions. I would suggest go to the nearby outlets.

Extremely rude and discrimination in many ways. One of the worst examples of customer treatment I've ever experienced in 5 decades

Owner did not put a out of order sign for slurpee machine and made us pay for a frozen drink that is basically water.The owner then proceeded to yell for her money when we asked if we can dispose of the drink in order to get a new one ( despite offering to pay for the watery one too.)

Owner ( an old lady) is very rude and follows you around the store for no reason questioning every move ( for context I am a uni student who just needed a coffee lol)I feel like this store owner judges you before walking in and is extremely rude.Horrible customer service
