The website was not very helpful at all.

Great range and very organised so it was easy to find my size. The shop assistants were very friendly and helpful.

Was told my item would be sent back if I didn't pick it up within 30 days. This was fine because I wasn't going to. They wouldn't just cancel my order, which was wrong, so I just waited it out.Over a month later I make a new order and go into the the store to pick it up. Then they give me my old order instead that should've have been sent back and processed for a refund over a week ago. The lady in the store was nice and confused as I was, she went back and got my new order, and then took the old one back.After multiple emails to their support, which went on for days and made me have to repeat what happened multiple times, they finally offer to process a refund but want my full credit card information including names, number, date and the back number (CVV). They want all of this over email! They have no sense of privacy or security not to mention they can and should of just refunded it via the payment method I used initially.I was told I would be refunded in 3 days and that was before the end of December. It was January 15th and they haven't even begun processing it. They just wouldn't give me one.Don't buy from these guys their support is a nightmare and if you want something as simple as a return you'll need to go through it.Edit: Finally got a refund but believe me it wasn't easy. After I basically ask What the hell are you thinking asking for my card details over email?" they realise how stupid that is and say they've sent the refund through the payment method I initially used.I contacted support again before that and asked for a manager. After 3 different employees were incapable of processing a refund I thought that was a reasonable request. Everytime I asked the person on text support to email the manager

Super friendly staff, I went in to get a new bra as I had grown out of mine (I thought I was a B cup but had jumped 3 sizes without realising) I’ve never been fitted for a bra before but the lady made it super easy and was extremely accomodating. She helped me feel really comfortable about it and I finally have bras that don’t hurt! I don’t have anymore back pain or chest pain! Highly recommend here! If you haven’t been resized in the past 6 months then I highly suggest you go get it done as 8/10 women are wearing the wrong size.

Love the product, even willing to spend $70 on a bra. However, the shop seemed to be short staffed. I went in there twice within a few days and even though I was initially served (hurriedly) no one was available to keep helping me. The poor staff member was run off her feet. This is one shop you need service and shouldn't have to help yourself. The shop was Noarlunga Centre SA.

Went to this lovely branch today, although hesitant after negative experiences at two of your other stores. Myself and my youngest daughter were pleasantly greeted at the door by Maggie. I asked if she could possibly do a fitting for 12yr old for her first bra. Maggie was obliging, polite, and made this a stress free experience for both my 12yr old daughter and myself. Then Sareya took over assisting with a sports bra and sales. Wonderful experience. We shall be back ,definitely worth the trip from Glenelg. Thank you Ladies

Waste of time. Don't stock or make any maternity bras in a size 8. Also barely anything decent in an 8 at all. Shouldn't be a bra shop if they can't make pretty bras in an 8. All bnts same.

I must say I thought the 'lacy lingerie' totally inappropriate. Is that what we want our children to accept as normal? It looked pornographic to me. Not the image I would like my daughter or son to grow up with. Disgusting actually.

Great place to shop with a huge range of lingerie and sleepwear for that someone special in your life.

Haven't had much luck in the past with good customer service, and have walked out with nothing as most staff haven't gone that extra mile to try and find a bra for me I'm a12DD most popular size.Went in desperately needing a bra I don't like full cup size. HOLLY went that extra mile and I love the bra she tried to find for me & as a result I bought 2 of them... keep this girl she is fantastic.
