High Tea Trolley Freshwater Station
The station is lovely and the tables looked nice, however, going in summer is a killer. The heat was overpowering. Our table was at the edge nowhere near the fans. The food looked and tasted nice, but very overpriced for bite size portions. We left as quickly as we could just to get out of the heat. Maybe in winter months it might be better.

Cairns's newly opened High Tea Cafe！The environment and atmosphere are fantastic! A very unique afternoon tea experience!Savory food, desserts, coffee and tea are excellent!The staffs there are very attentive and I like the smile on their faces.

What an interesting and unique approach to high tea! I love the concept. The execution needs a little polishing but overall an experience I will be recommending to anyone visiting Cairns, and locals too. I selected eight of the sixteen available plates, over two hours or so with a couple of cups of tea and left quite satisfied. The location is beautiful enough to forgive the slow service (also I'm sure serving that many people out of a tiny train carriage kitchen is no easy feat), it truly gave me a chance to sit back, unwind, and appreciate the food and view.

Such a beautiful concept and the service was amazing. We did the lunch special and it was worth every dollar. Fresh food and the ambience was gorgeous.

Fantastic way to spend a Saturday afternoon with my friends. Highly recommend this place the ladies looked after us they were so lovely, kind and excellent with customer service. Good was beautifully presented on the trolleys and tasted fantastic plenty to choose from and when we requested more sandwiches they quickly made some more. Can't wait to go back 5 stars
