They always provide us with high quality products, competitive rates and a seamless service. They go above and beyond to deliver us an exceptional event each and every time.

Kylie and her team have created some amazing Christmas parties for us. Exceptional service and reliable. Kylie has also gone above and beyond to help us out when we have phoned her with a few last minute events.

This company does not deserve the one star rating as there was no option to give no stars at all. Their customer service and responsiveness is absolutely appalling. I sent an email to Blissful Events on 28th February 2023 for a quote for fairy lights and draping for an and it is now the 10th March and STILL have not received a quote. I have called 5 times, sent Kylie 3 follow up emails and two text messages since this time given the urgency. Kylie had promised me to give me a quote on Thursday 2nd March and failed to do so. I have not received a response from her since.I’m surprised they are still in business given that this has been the worst customer segvixe I’ve ever received. A customer should not be following up so many times to get a quote and definitely should not be making promises to a customer and under delivers.Absolutely disappointing

Absolute worst! Met Kylie once at the beginning of planning my wedding, no communication in between despite me reaching out multiple times, emails/calls/texts. And on the wedding day everything was wrong, colours were not what I had chosen and cheap tacky decor! So disappointing, if The Madison had not had Kylie as part of the package I would never pay money for this service. She had the audacity to send me another bill for over 1k after the wedding too.
