Terrible customer service, rude and unhelpful. Very poor selection of product. Would not recommend

I rate you four out of five stars for a store I've enjoyed coming to for over 35 years. I deducted one for not refunding a mere $18 on part of a $240 purchase made a few days earlier spent. I would have spent more again had you thought more of a loyal customer. In the words of Pretty Woman" .... BIG MISTAKE!"

Yet again you disappoint. No help and non regard for the customer. Your customer service is so very lacking that I will forever just walk past.

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. We asked for four letters to be sewn on to a jacket and waited over three weeks and my son will now not have a winter school uniform to wear to school. Appallingly rude and inefficient.

Very rude customer service indeed!! We left our girls blazers over a month ago and didn't get any messages at all yet. So we called this morning to ask them when we can pick them up as we only have a week to back to school, but they simply said that if we didn't get text message from them then it's not ready and just hung up the phone. They didn't want to listen or talk to their customers because they are too busy?? That means they can't manage themselves. They should have more staff or just not be so rude to their customers!! This is not the only time this has happened, but they've always been like that every time we see or call them. Hope our school doesn't choose them anymore.

Disappointing as they didn't have what I wanted

Helpful staff and a decent range of materials. Whatever you need they should have it and if not they said they could order it in for you. Great place highly recommended
