I’ve been going to Indy hair salon for a few years now and have to say that Natasha is the most amazing stylist and colourists I have been to! Every time I leave the saloon I feel like I’ve been treated like a valued client and love the magic that Natasha has worked on my hair!

I’ve gotta say this is the best salon I’ve ever went too, I haven’t had my hair cut or anything in probably over 10 years and I trusted Natasha and her crew to do so and I couldn’t be happier.This is a salon you cannot skip on if you’re thinking of getting your hair done.They have looked after me so we’ll, all the staff are lovely and gentle and they really make you feel comfortable. I cannot describe how perfect this place is! I went there today and not only did Natasha look after me but her apprentice was amazing! So gentle and lovely!

Absolutely amazing salon, the girls were so friendly and professional and really listened to what I wanted done. I am incredibly happy with the results! Can highly recommend!

I have been having my hair done for years now with the Owner of Indy and co when I first came to her my hair was beyond bad, Natasha took the time to help me in every aspect of what I needed, she also is a hair extension specialist (the only good one in Canberra I have found) so I didn’t have to be bald as she helped me bring my hair back to life. I booked with Indy & co after they were recommended by a friend. I hadn’t been to an hairdresser in over 12 months after previous bad experiences and after sharing this with Izzy she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and explained what she was doing each step of the way. It has taken me a long time to get my hair back to its best and trust a hairdresser to bleach it again. I’m blown away by the result and how amazing my hair looks and feels after going to this salon. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Izzy and Indy & Co to friends and family.

I had been a loyal client of Indy and Co for years, was always happy with the service until it changed owners. I never usually complain nor have I ever asked for a refund in my life, especially when it comes to hair (I understand how hard hair dressers work) unfortunately I had an experience where I wasn’t happy with the results of my hair (I had hair extensions installed for the first time, had asked for two different colours as I didn’t want a block colour - I did not get what I asked for). I thought it might just be my eyes playing tricks on me so I asked her if she was using two different colours, she said she was. When I had my hair looked at by an extension specialist 2 days later I was told it’s definitely a block (one) colour. I was blatantly lied to. When I privately messaged the owner with my concerns I was met with “no refunds will be given because you changed your mind” and “I’m not the hair dresser for you”. I’m extremely disappointed as I would have accepted any type of negotiation, she could have offered for me to come back in and discuss options, she didn’t. I have no idea if the extensions were new or already used, as she didn’t open the packets in front of me or discuss the colour with me prior to the appointment or at the appointment. I watched her use the same colour extensions on me as the client before me.A friend of mine who used to go to this salon even discovered she was being charged a tip without being asked.Word of advice, for any potential customers, for the amount of money this salon charges you are better off going to a more up market salon in the city, at least they care about their clients and their salons reputation.

I’ve been visiting Tash at Indy & Co hair for the last couple of years getting cuts, colours and hair extensions. I’m always so happy with my results and leave the salon feeling amazing and always looking forward to my next visit!

I booked this salon after a recommendation as I wanted to ensure that my colour was done correctly. I waited 6 weeks for my appointment to come around. I booked with the most experienced hairdresser there, Natasha who is also the owner, thinking I would definitely get the look I was after. At the beginning of my appointment, I showed two pictures as a reference of how I wanted my hair to look. After colour applied and washed, I was shocked at the head of very bleached blonde hair. 2 more toners later, I received what was the worst colour job I have ever had in my life (I am 40) $510 later for foils and a cut and a nice hidden additional $7 eftpos charge, my hair has broken off due to bleaching and several toners, brassy and not at all what I asked for. I sent an email to express concerns in the hope they can correct it (4th time lucky) or refund for me to have it corrected by real professionals. After sending through 2 pictures of the refernece photos, 2 shots of what my hair looked after they attempted to correct it (luckily I documented the entire process) and several pictures of the end results a week later for comparisson, the owner had the cheek to reply with that it does in fact look like the reference pictures (lie) and that it my hair does not look this way as the reference picture as the hair in pic was wavy and my hair was straight! Needless to say, she refused to correct it and refused refund. The most unprofessional and inexperienced hairdresser service I have used. I’ve had no choice to go to a professional hairdresser to have it resolved (AJ hair & Bridal in Braddon-highly reccomend) Biggest regret was not to have gone here in the first instance.

I have been going to Indy and Co Hair for a number of years now and I specifically see Tash. She has always been able to get my hair to the perfect blonde that I ask for (I am very picky with my blonde). The salon is very cute and welcoming and the prices are reasonable. I have a friend who now goes to Indy and Co Hair based on my recommendation. I always look forward to getting my hair done with Tash. A salon I highly recommend.
