Totally Outdoors

We were moving into a new apartment which required Totally Outdoors to work with the major construction company to supply the materials a long time before they would actually build the louver roof. After many discussions with the building engineers, surveyors, councils and permit requirements we have our louver roof. We only worked with Totally Outdoors by phone and didn't meet them face to face until the construction started. They were seamless in keeping us informed as to the progress, and delivered a high quality product. We couldn't be more happy with the service, product and communication. We recently had a roof louvre system installed by Totally Outdoors over the rear deck of our house. We are very pleased with our new roof. It was built very professional and with quality workmanship. A special thanks to salesperson Lee who was wonderful and very helpful to us and also to the building team of Alex and work partner who were just fantastic. 5 stars definitely.

We have just finished building our outdoor room with Totally Outdoors and are thrilled with how it turned out.It was a large project and took a long time in planning and permit stage. I believe there were some staffing issues at the Company during that time, and of course COVID, however thankfully Jay and Ross worked closely with us to finalise the plans and permits.Once work commenced, there were trades on site every day for the 5 week build. The quality was excellent from all trades, but especially Will, Luke and Joe. They were happy to work with us all the way through to make sure we were happy.We would recommend Totally Outdoors to anyone wanting to build an outdoor space.

Extremely happy with Totally Outdoors. We had a Gable roof with decking installed. Communication was top class for the entire project stages – one of the best building company we’ve worked with. All the staff members were great to deal with. We can’t wait to enjoy our new entertaining areas and have guests over for this summer. Highly recommend Totally Outdoors. We were tossing up on getting an extension to our alfresco area through our builder but I am so happy that we decided to get our louvre roof. The team at Totally Outdoors were great and set our expectations from the beginning. It was hard to picture the roof initially, but after going through the design and drawings with the sales and design staff, we were left with a clear idea of what it was going to look like. The finish of the roof is top quality and we are extremely happy with it.

Very happy with Totally Outdoors. Had a deck and louver roof installed. Quality of the work was very high, and they were happy to work with us to get all the final details right (as well as throughout the build). Communication was outstanding during the entire process - best we've had with any building company. All their contractors were great to deal with (and cleaned up after themselves). Having enjoyed our new deck over the summer, we now ask ourselves the question why we didn't do this much earlier. It has transformed our outdoor area. Thanks so much to all the team.

The actual build was seamless with a high attention to detail.
