Shopped Tuesday only to come out with few of items I wanted plus 2 Avocados which never should have been on shelf. 2 days and rotten. Lots of shelves empty. Not impressed

i went there to purchase some food for my camping trip, my partner was in front of me buying some alcohol for himself, the made thought i was underage and asked for my ID, i said “oh i’m not paying for that he is” and she goes “i’m not selling this to you” and grabbed the bottle and moved it to the side. she didn’t even give me the chance to say, “hey i’ve left my ID in the car, not that it matters because i’m not paying for that item”, i think this lady is very rude and was very quick to judge, and she should be spoken to

Rude and incompetent staff who are not familiar with their own company policies. I was overcharged for beef mince and instead of being provided the item free of charge as a result of their error, I was instead only refunded the difference. I queried this and the staff member said that's what they do when that happens in a very rude manner. I doubled checked aldi policy online and i was correct - the item should have been free of charge. Overall very poor customer service and this is not the first time i have had such poor customer service experience with them.
