Thankyou very much Ivana for the great help. It was such a last minute thing. I text Ivana in the morning because I wokeup with a stiff ne k and shoulder and couldn’t move them and had unbearable pain, and she book me in for the same afternoon, it really appreciate that because my shoulder was very painful and I had work that evening. I didnt feel any pain while she was doing needles, thanx to her experience and skills. And yes my shoulder and neck had limited movement and i felt alot better right after the treatment and I was able to go to work after that. Then she followed up with exercises for my back and suggested so many valuable things for me according to my lifestyle and work. I rarely leave feedback but this time was a must!Mobile Health Physio provided a truly professional service.I train quite hard and this time I really overdid it and hurt my shoulder. I also thought that it would get better on its own but just got worse.Ivana localised the problem, released the muscles around the problematic area and gave me an action plan to follow with exercises and stretches. Just what I needed!After a couple of sessions now my pain is gone and I'm back into training.Ivana's expertise and genuine care radiates from her.
