You may find a lot of companies that can do a job for you but Andy is someone who will take the ownership and complete the job as his own, at least this is a difference that I felt when I handed over to him my new concept. Andy has a brain that actually works - he takes time to understand the idea, sync with your concept and advise you to add value to the existing idea. Out of all the stressful work that I have to go through to complete my unique project - video was the part that I felt most relaxed with. Definitely worth it & highly recommended!
