I stopped by the Bunnings cafe on a hot day and ordered an iced chocolate. It was the perfect refreshment to cool down while I wandered around the store. The chocolate flavour was rich and creamy

Grumpy old man under the trade desk at about 5pm on the 21/07 needs to go.Refused to provide a refund on a $1000 item accusing me of false information. Had receipts and have since disclosed that I am fully entitled to a refund or exchange due to a manufacturer fault.Invaded my personal space by repeatedly watching me type my pin into my credit card despite asking him to back off. Made me very uncomfortable and won’t be going back again until I know he is gone. Absolutely disgusting

Fantastic Bunnings for product range seemed to have a lot more variety and bigger range of hardware for steel and cabinetry .Found the staff to be friendly but not all that helpful as some just walk past you as if you aren’t there, even though you need help.I managed to talk to one of the staff they told someone will sent to your location after 5 mins no one had came so I just left .

Geoff is the most memorable person in Dural. Went there and wow, this guy is funny and just easy to talk to. Very helpful as well.Collected some parts for a job down south and the guy managed to make the trek worth it!

Great place, staff are awesome and lots of stuff, it's a big bunnings. Maya had cardboard but a lovely staff lady gave her a puppy mat to sit onEdit: had this place changed? Nope, still the best place for the Mrs to visit, friendly staff, dog friendly *if they're in the trolley. I took her there for her birthday today. I know, I know, I spoil her

Why is the self serve area often shut, while at least 5 girls are hiding behind the partition sharing their evening activities. Meanwhile the cash register queue is at least 10 deep. Furthermore the girls have no trade experience, unlike the old blokes.

A big shout out to Peter of power and gardens who successfully repaired my Ryobi lawn mower that was missing a part. After ordering the spare parts, Peter and his mate, Bruce deftly threaded the screw and washer to repair the rotating lug lock for the handle.Great service gentlemen!

Newly renovated & expanded store, very spacious and large store. Quality and helpful staff, everything you need is Here, and if you can't find it, ask a red shirt! Or head to special orders and they can help you out. Bathrooms at each end of the store! One near cafe & the other in the timber yard.

Very big with a good sized timber section (you can drive in so you don’t have to lug planks of timber to your car) and great selection of tools. The garden section is reasonably big but in this neighbourhood there are so many nurseries you can find a ton more variety of plants elsewhere (although let’s face it you can’t beat Bunnings on price). The staff are a mixed bag in terms of customer service. Some know what they’re talking about in terms of tools, timber etc while others have no clue or interest in helping you. The paint section is pretty good, I particularly like their colour matching team. Considering how many good cafes are just down the road, you might as well skip the internal cafe; it’s decent whereas 5 minutes in either direction and you’ll get some brilliant coffee etc.
