Just popped into butcher to get some lamb cutlets which I haven’t had a treat for ages. The guy that served me was helpful and these cutlets are amazing. Also got the chicken pinwheels let you know how they are too. Great service and let me know best way to cook both. Thanks

We live in Greensborough and my wife won't buy our meat from anywhere else. It's not just the high quailty produce they sell, its also the outstanding customer service Brad and his team offer. The premises is absolutely pristine and all staff are very well presented, so if your wife's a good cook and you buy your meat here you will be eating like a king.HIGHLY recommend.

WARNING TO OTHERS: the reviews complaining about lack of hygiene at this place are 100 percent accurate. I shelled out over 100 bucks for steak, dim sum and a couple of other things. Did so after a long day, and after shopping at Coles. I was tired, and didn't pick up on what OTHER reviewers have noticed: NONE (if any) of the workers wear gloves. Which means they cut CHICKEN as well as every other type of meat, handling it all in an unhygienic manner (apparently, they don't understand cross contamination). After eating the Dim Sum, everyone at our home got gastro -- yyyeeech! One of the things purchased was the cloth-wrapped, Plum Pudding -- and I noticed, today, that the container (or, rather, the cloth covering it) smelled like fish or shrimp. Likely because of the lack of gloves and hygiene. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, unless you enjoying getting sick after eating. This place needs to be reported and inspected for unsafe food-handling conditions!

Have brought different types of meat from the butchers in Mernda Junction and their service has been amazing, their knowledge was fantastic, their meat was delicious and their service was friendly, will continue to shop here for my meat

Hope the manager in that shop would train guys in health and safety. When two girls served me last minute cleanup for pack up, they cut meat in just hands that were not washed and without gloves, in Middle of clean-up. Could not complain straight away cuz I stopped them cleaning as I want to buy some meat and felt sorry. But if I see that happens next time again I won't go there

We have been getting our produce from the Scotch and Fillet online store for a few months now and it has been a game changer. The quality and service has been superb. We no longer purchase our meat and seafood from the supermarkets.The prices are reasonable and i love that they offer free delivery over $75.Keep up the good work guys

The staff lack knowledge about their pricing and pre-order process. They are arrogant and rude, and have belittled customers and their requests. They have not been following COVID-19 Safe practices; no masks, no gloves, no sanitizer in sight. I would not recommend this butcher and I will not be returning. My membership at Costco provides me with access to cheaper, better quality cuts of meat.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! The staff are so rude and belittling!!! They don’t have any knowledge about anything, they can never answer any questions. When you ask them for help they are always annoyed. I would understand if they were time poor, but every time I have been there I am the only customer and there’s at least 3 staff on. Im never given the amount I’ve asked for. It’s like they all don’t want to be there? I’ve had to throw out the meat the last time I was there as it was so old, and had this pungent smell. The experience is always so unpleasant. I’ve had enough, I’ve given this place too many chances.
