Great customer service when above and beyond

The owner sold me expired ejuice and clone device.When i asked for refund the owner craig jackmsn got very and racist.In future i will keep shoping at vapoureyes much more professional.

Stopped by today for a look whilst away on holidays. The super friendly and happy customer service I got from the guy with the dreadlocks who served me was beyond fantastic. Will highly recommend to anyone I talk too looking for a vape shop. Cheers brother! Will be back again soon.

Tale of two cities here. If you drop in while the older bloke is on you'll have top notch service and he will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need, genuine top bloke. If you catch the younger bloke though very different story, not very helpful at all and everything seems like a chore to him.

Very gross and uncomfortable experience. Customer I saw leaving looked very shady and disheveled. Very questionable customers that's for sure.

Very helpful and Friendly Staff! They were honestly amazing, walked me through various vapes for a first timer. Explained everything well on how to use, re fill, flavours. Walked me through about 6 different vapes and helped me decide on a Caliburn A2 as it suited my needs to be able to bring with me to work, as its small and easy to keep in my pocket, perfect for a first timer and someone just quitting smoking! Has a similar amount of draw to a cigarette and smoke. Perfect.I wanted something as close to a cigarette as possible and same with flavouring. He gave me a Tobacco flavour liquid. Very similar to my normal Blue cigarette. I also got one experiment flavour for after I finish the Tobacco.
