Next Level - High Ropes Adventure Park

Whole family fun! Best thing about this place are the funny, engaging, professional and friendly young staff on the ropes. Very helpful and encouraging. In no time at all you feel safe and able to complete challenges. We did the day option and climbed 5 of the courses with a break for lunch. Courses include zip lines scattered throughout and once you have chosen a course it’s one way traffic til completion- unless you bail and one of the friendly staff can help out. There is a way to safely bypass other slower climbers. Nice that it’s outdoors and it does get very hot out there even in Winter. No phones allowed or watches unless you purchase a $10 phone pouch to hang around your neck. Lockers provided. I would have appreciated a water station somewhere. Parking across the road as opposed to the Plaza would have been cheaper for the 6 hours. Highly recommend, will be back!

An amazing experience for the kids. Lots of different levels. Everyone is run through a safety video first then allowed to ask questions. The zip lines are a good length. Parent supervision required on the course (be prepared to get up there). Staff there to assist but spread out so help could take awhile to come. Closed toe shoes, no phones, sunglasses but lockers there. Definitely not for those afraid of heights, as each lowest level is very high.

I visited for the third time with my son and his friend. My son had previously been to Next Level twice, but his friend had never been before. My son's friend didn't like the experience at all and didn't want to continue. One of the extremely patient and helpful staff members directed us to an area to wait where he would help us after the next group went through. Well, in my eyes, he went above and beyond to make our visit extremely positive, and one to remember forever!! I am disappointed I didn't get his name to write here in the review. However, this staff member showed genuine compassion, patience and an awesome energy around the children and adults alike. In fact, all the staff members we dealt with were lovely, and we will be back again and again!! Thanks team, you do an amazing job at keeping everyone safe and having fun at the same time. This was fun and challenging, but most of all the staff were yet again patient, professional and went above and beyond. You made sure that my son, who is terrified of heights, was able to overcome the fear and make it to the very end. Cannot thank you all enough. We’ll be back soon.

Great family fun. Finally a ropes course our eight year old could participate in. This course is based on age not height.

My son and I went in scared of heights, and managed to do the low course 3 times in the 2 hour session. We actually got to the point that we were disappointed we didn’t try the medium course. Well worth your time, the staff were super friendly and very encouraging. Thank you for a great experience!

I took my 6 year old son here on Tuesday. He was petrified at first, until a very confident and calm man employee came to help him across and get him going. Once he got the hang of it he loved every minute! The young man was at the end helping people across the zip line and congratulated my son for his achievements! It really made his day. Great safe course and super friendly helpful staff! Highly recommend!

The staff were excellent, super friendly and helped us so much getting through the obstacles.

I loved the course and all the obstacles. I was most impressed by the staff and how they handle the clients especially those that are conquering fears. Their ability to understand a persons limits and when to encourage and when to let them walk away should be commended. The staff we encountered were great a young man who help suite my son up while he was in tears I wish I got his name was so sweet and caring, and Chris a lovely young lady helped him do the zipline she was so professional the way she handled things and friendly. Would totally recommend this experience from start to finish.
