Hidden Dragon Massage Freshwater

Booked in for a massage on a whim and so glad I did! Had a massage with Felipe and it was amazing. Very strong and helped release a lot of the knots and tension in my muscles. Two of my friends have booked in this week as well and both raves about their massages. Would recommend!

Initially, I had reservations about having massages while travelling for work but I am glad I did! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended.

The rudest and worst experience I've ever had, Chrissy has zero manners and should not be working with the public. I booked a massage using the online system, which lets you just choose a time and they fit you in with any therapist that is available. Chrissy was in a bad mood from the minute I got there, complaining to me that she 'only does 1 hour or more' and didnt want to do the 30 min treatment I'd already booked and paid for. I shrugged it off because I wanted the treatment, she agreed to do it and it was a nice massage I won't deny it.I booked in the same manner a future time, the badly designed booking system once again allocating her as my therapist. This time, she's incredibly rude and aggressive when we turn up, chastising us for having the nerve to book another appointment and essentially accusing me of lying when I pointed out that this was the booking system error. Me and my partner were completely shocked and appalled by her behaviour, she was making a scene and speaking to us like dirt. Jose was meant to be giving my partner a massage, he was standing there through the whole thing very awkwardly not really knowing what to do. We ended up leaving without the treatments, who pays money to be spoken to like that?If you check my other reviews you will see that I am usually very positive and I don't make a habit of leaving negative ones, but this was just such a farcically bad experience that I felt I had to share. If I could give it no stars, I would.

Booked for a Massage with Sara yesterday. Perfect pressure, great technique and amazing service. Walked out feeling incredible. PS - really soothing music and a relaxing environment - highly recommend. Thanks

I went for an emergency massage as I woke up with very sore neck and shoulder.I was able to easily book online. The place was clean, with beautiful decor.My massage was intense but honestly helped me so much with the pain. 100% recommend!

This was the best massage I have ever had! I've been looking for a place to become a regular at for massages and I will definitely be back! The interiors are so gorgeous, clean and revitalising!
