Unprofessionals. Whenever I go there they always either don’t have this or that medicines and then ask me to come later by saying they can order it for me. Are they running a pharmacy or is it a joke? Yesterday before going there I called to enquire some pharmaceutical products and they advised me that one product will come at 4pm, I told them to keep all the products ready for me as I’ll collect before 5:15pm. When I went there I was shocked that they told me one product which was coming before 4pm didn’t arrive as that product wasn’t even ordered. I just left without buying anything from them. I’ll never go to Zest pharmacy again.

I came for a flu jab without an appointment. I asked whether I could get it, they said yes, did not mention any waiting time, then I waited over 15 minutes... In that time they did not have a big queue and were chatting with clients (not about their work).On top of that, I got called some ridiculous versions of my name (they could have just kept to 'mister', or asked me how to pronounce my name).

I had to ring the pharmacy because I needed one of my medications I had run out off and they made the medication available within the hour A great pharmacy I cannot thank them enough

Our favourite local pharmacy. The staff are so lovely, friendly and very helpful. They also have a loyalty program earning redeemable dollars. Location is good and they can get unusual items in quickly, usually the next day, or draw from the sister pharmacy at the main shops. Also have the option of using MedAdvisor to keep track of scripts. Highly recommended.
