Another great service provided by Andrew and his team. My golf got , logbook service, replacement of Fuel tank and Steering wheel retrofit with paddle shifters.Due to my new job I was not able to drop off and pick up our car so my wife dropped off our car at his shop. Andrew courteously dropped off my wife at nearest train station and car was done same day in afternoon.Car runs like new. Without a doubt Andrew saved my backside !!Week prior to Christmas my water pump decided to go on holiday early and Andrew not only advised me over the phone but accepted a tow truck delivery of my Tiguan and managed to fix her, including a service and have her back to me within two days and the cost whilst considerable was not over the top or unreasonable at all - all without having met me!!Being a woman and not being that car savvy i relied on Andrew to be honest, advise me what do to, what my car needed or did not need and to carry that through - his customer service is top notch and i felt informed and more than comfortable with the communication, price and quality provided - over the moon really !I cannot recommend these guys enough - thank you thank you Andrew and Team. Without doubt we will be back !

Great customer service always. Very reasonable costing for service and repairs. Andrew has always looked after us. It's a good sign when your specialist mechanic is so good that your next vehicle purchase is going to have to be VW all because you've found a good, trusty and reliable mechanic.
