Was there this morning. I was approaching the queue to pay for my items. The lady in front of me dropped a bottle of salsa. The staff attended to it very quickly. The lady apologised to the staff. The staff was very good about the whole incident and she replied with a bright smile, it's alright. Easy done. It's part of our work." She cleaned it up very quickly. I had wanted to get her name but she had returned to the counter and was already attending to the long queue of customers

Truly one of the leading store experiences I've had. Not only is it pristine and well organised, it has such a variety of things that is just unbelievable, from tents to toffee, ALDI is want you want.

Went to Aldi again late last year. There is this one woman who harassed me for being to slow at the checkout. I told her that at my age and with my health issues, I was doing my best. She quoted some policy at me and was very rude. She asked if I wanted her to get the manager.... that would have slowed the transaction even more.I refused to be intimidated by her and kept going at my own pace. This ALDI Point Cook staff member is incredibly rude and exhibits extreme discrimination against less abled. Next time this happens I will report the worker and the store to a Government Anti Discrimination Organisation..

Not enough registers open leading to long lines. Went in 15mins ago about 8-10 people each. RidiculousOther issues is that constantly find stock that is over expiration date. One time I didn't check a product found it to be 4 days over expiration.

The Asian lady in the counter picks customers on the basis of skin colour to check the bags. If you are Asian she will let you go without checking. Great culture Adli. Great judgment skills.
