Paul was very responsive, extremely professional and communicates effectively. He is thoughtful and efficient; his workmanship is top quality and he works very hard to deliver work in the most convenient way for us. I would highly recommend his services and he is an honest and professional cabinet maker. He has a reassuring manner and answered all our questions. I would definitely use FixNow again and highly recommend Paul.

Started harassing me because I left a bad review. I blocked his number and he called me from another phone.Edit: Yeah, you've never worked for me and thank god. You promised to give me a free quote, then over a week later I've received nothing and I have to contact you asking for my quote. Then you don't even remember who I am asking me to remind you of the job. Now you're telling me you can't give me a free quote, I need to pay you $500 when two separate cabinet makers have given me a free quote of $2000. You want $500 just for the quote? Why did you make me wait a week just to tell me that? No, not even, you just completely forgot about me. Even worse when I give you a bad review and block your number you decide to call me from another phone asking me to explain why I gave you a bad review? You really can't figure that out yourself? What were you trying to do intimidate me into removing my review? You kept saying you were helpful but all you did was waste my time. Don't ever call me again or I'll call the police.

We reached out to Paul after numerous rejections and no replies, about our job because it was “too small”. Paul was extremely responsive and carried out the work in a quick time frame. We are so happy with our upgraded kitchen and can’t thank Paul and Richard enough for making our kitchen dreams come true! Would recommend to anyone who is wanting an upgrade in their kitchen.

Paul was really helpful and open in my dealings with him. I asked him for help with a very small job, and while he said he could take on the job for a fee, he also selflessly gave me some free advice on how instead i could try fix the issue myself (if i wanted to). I gave his suggestion a try and i was really happy with the result. Awesome to deal with someone so knowledgable and honest. Paul cares, and clearly just wants to help people get a good result. Great guy! Went out of his way to help out a fellow tradesman working on the same house, and the neighbour to the house who incorrectly received a significant delivery (60lm gutters and fascias). Paul took it apon himself to move the material to a safe location at the correct house. Saved me, the customer and the neighbour a lot of time, stress and inconvenience.Good human. Paul refaced two bathroom vanities and did an absolutely fantastic job! He is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, precise and offered an excellent and very competitive quote. Paul arrived on time, was clean and considerate, an all round decent human being which sometimes seems hard to come by especially in a tradesperson. Would highly recommend Paul!
