John and Gigi Murray were fantastic to work with. Very down to earth people who want the best outcome for their clients but also hand hold buyers to ensure that trust is built. John went above and beyond as an agent - we had recently laid new turf on the property, and John would often water it for us, so we didn't have to drive 30 minutes to do it ourselves (the home was untenanted). They were contactable whenever I needed them and were transparent with every move they made.
