Really poor service, didn’t wait until we were finished ordering before just running it through and walking away. Advertising new kombucha flavours on their front counter and didn’t have any in stock but had already charged us the extra $2. Was pretty over priced for what we got and chicken was tough. Wouldn’t really recommend. Staff need to learn how to openly and properly communicate with their customers

I went there yesterday and had a Portuguese Chicken burger and it was one of the best I have hadA good old fashioned burger and I’m sure all the others will be just as good

Hey, it's ok but a little faded. I expected better chicken. The chips are good. I'd rather buy chicken from supermarkets they are juicy and fresh. We had chicken from here before and it was dry and lacked flavor. It's out of touch with what people want and expect.

Lady behind the counter was rude but the burger was lovely and the guy that was in the kitchen was a lovely guy, very polite.

Purchased hot chips on Sat 16 April. Rude, stoney-faced, non-communicative female attendant at the register - zero customer service skills. Hot chips covered in chicken salt - did not ask for chicken salt. Will be purchasing elsewhere next time.

I used to eat there 3 or 4 times a week till I was served off chicken.The chicken would of been at least 4 or 5 days old. The chicken obviously in and out of the fridge and placed in the warmer counter. It stunk and the meat was off. I went back there a few days later and abused the same female that served me the off chicken. I would urge everyone not to buy anything in this scum shop
