For anyone who may be interested in services by Makeham's tours, please think twice. During one of their Tasmania tours (Mar 2018), at a popular tourist spot in Elizabeth Town, the tour group leader made repeated racist comments about other non-tour-group visitors at the site. Kudos to the tourist spot staff member, who put a stop to it, when the Makeham's tour group leader was out of line with his disgraceful behaviour; it took someone with courage, intelligence, and cultural awareness to quell such disgraceful behaviour from a fellow Australian.
