Super helpful.. called while on the road and arranged a late (after hours) check in. We were pleasantly surprised with the super clean spacious and modern room. High pressure shower, Comfy bed and pillows. Perfect stop off to recharge and refresh (between Vic and Qld). Thankyou

An extremely comfortable generous size room and well appointed , very good hot shower plus we were able to charge our EV for free.Very helpful and friendly staff.Highly recommend to a friend

Best Western Plus Goulburn
The family apartment with four single beds on the upper level and a king bed on the lower level is perfect for those travelling with 4 kids.Booked it through an accommodation booking website, as could not see the room as an option through the Best Western website?Love being able to watch the kids in the bath through the window from king bed.Did not like the huge grate that was basically the whole shower floor though, as it was uncomfortable to stand on. Lovely smelling toiletries provided.Staff were nice.

We had a great stay at the Best Western Plus Goulburn. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. The bed was so comfortable, great shower and full kitchen. We will definitely stay again.

Best Western Plus Goulburn
We stayed in the executive king room (I think that's what it's called). It was lovely! The gentleman at the reception was very welcoming & helpful. The room was more than I expected. It was large with a little kitchenette & minibar. The bathroom was stunning & everything was spotlessly clean. We'd definitely stay again!

Best Western Plus Goulburn
Amazingly clean and fresh. Super friendly staff. I was phoned prior to let me know that someone would be there for check in. The amenities were a bonus- very handy to have a kitchenette. It is on the main road coming into town and easy to find. Clean bedding and towels, stocked mini bar and toiletries were nice. The beds were comfortable, we had a restful sleep.

Best Western Plus Goulburn
My husband and I got a king suite with spa (loft) and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We needed to do some work and connected our laptops to the WiFi and the performance was good! I appreciated that we got a call the night we were due to check in to confirm when we would arrive to ensure check in would be smooth. Would recommend!

I really don’t enjoy writing reviews in a negative tone, however with young children, we were very unhappy with the cleanliness in our room. There was black marks on the top of the sheets on one of our beds, and dirty marks on the walls and bathroom door which I had to wipe off with antibacterial wipes. The massive grate in the shower was really off putting to our family. We decided to checkout after 1 hour and book elsewhere. The young gentleman behind the counter was lovely and kind as I was embarrassed to leave however didn’t feel comfortable at all. With covid being so prevalent in the community it would be good to know that when you pay money to stay somewhere while travelling you can rely on the cleanliness of the place.
