I would rather give two and a half star. The only good food was the hot bread, which I can give five stars! The rice was not cooked. The koobideh kebab was below average. The barg kebab was not cooked to the proper level. The Ghymeh stew lentils were not cooked, and it was still raw. The Fesenjoon was delightful and delicious. The kashko badenjan was very dry and very small for the price. The Fasle salad was not fresh! Overall, it was 2.5 stars! The staff were very attentive and accommodating but somehow slow!

My first time in this restaurant. Quality of food was great with and we loved fresh bread and marinated olive. Certainly will visit again.

I went solo which limited how much I could feasibly eat, but the lamb/beef grill combo was incredibly flavourful. Don't miss out on an Ayran drinking yoghurt, a good complement to seasoned meat. Staff were lovely, traditional Persian music was playing on the radio.

WE ARE NEVER COMING BACK. THEY ARE LYING, GREEDY, RUDE AND CHARGE extra for lemon slices, 2 slices of cucumber and bread isn't included in your meal or written on the menu - they charge for that as well. Ultimately DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS IRANIAN restaurant, they even rip off IRANIANS.Go to KAJ in Merrylands itself, perfect.

We had Gheimeh, Baarg, and Koobideh.Gheimeh was delicious but the lamb was so rough it was hard to chew. Same was the Baarg. Koobideh was acceptable but nothing special.Two stars for bad service. It is supposed to be table service, but you are asked to go pick your drinks from the fridge. No glasses available, instead we were served with cheap single use plastic cups. That is in a stark contrast with the gold cutlery!

They close whenever they feel like, they dont even answer the phone to let customers know that they’re closed. Happened twice to me, making me drive the long distance in traffic just to see that they’re closed.Food is great though.

I’ve always loved their food, especially any shish grilled dishes, but recently, they had this huge transformation in design and food, and it’s become even more amazing. They bake their own flat bread, which is phenomenal, and I can’t get enough of it. Their eggplant dips (mirza and kashk both) are the best, always leaving me wanting more. We always get the kofta on the weekends. Recently, we have been discovering their newly added range of food, like the delicious lamb with broad bean rice and walnut and pomegranate molasses stew, which is my go-to. Everything with a side of Persian delicacy, jug of kefir, mostly only appreciated by our nation.
