I suspect this maybe a scam business. Purchased products online weeks ago, The products have not been sent and now the company are not answering phone calls or text messages. Do not purchase from this business

Waited over a month and no dispatch on goods despite following up on the number provided on the website. I asked for a refund which was processed immediately. Don't bother ordering with them.

This is an edited review, following the truly stirling efforts of the Gundaroo Tiller team to bring the business back on track. I initially had a pretty bad experience, but last month I was contacted and received an apology for how things went. It's not often that a business will try so hard to make things right, but this team will. I didn't ask for or receive anything free, or discounted, and I wasn't coerced in any way. They just won back my respect by sending my products, being honest about some issues, and explaining how they were fixing their problems.I previously said to exercise caution dealing with Gundaroo Tiller. Now I'm saying: contact them, give them a chance to be excellent.
