Absolutely fantastic service!!! I accidentally hit the curb and got two punctures! James from Jim's tyre service (Wallan) was absolutely fabulous. Called me as soon as I got off the phone to Jim's tyre service and sorted everything for me very promptly and at a much better price in an emergency than I would have expected. What a great service! Highly recommend!!!

I needed an emergency tyre on a weekend, so i called Jim's. Lady on ph wasted 10 mins of my time taking down all my details only to then tell me they don't service my area. She seemed more interested in being able to send me emails/texts than helping me. N

James arrived early and was very professional and honest with the work he provided he even went out of his way to hunt down the specific tyre I needed to fit within 2 hours. Would definitely recommend using his service

I spoke to pierce from Jim's in brisbane and he come out to tend to a flat I got during peak hour and he was so quick getting there for that time and was so polite and helpful. Picked up on the previous guy didn't weight my wheel right so he did it at no extra cost. Best people iv dealt with ever. Will always be using these guys from here on out.

I am disgusted We bought 4 tyres November last year and two are already down to the wires and need to be replaced!! To be told’ these are the tyres I would put on my daughters car if she was my daughter’ 6 months ago to be told now driving to and from the island would wear these tyres out. The lack of care or responsibility is disgusting. Will NOT recommend themEveryone check your tyres every month as they can not be trusted

Five stars is not enough. After a night shift with a client at their home I walk out to find my tyre deflated. Called Jim’s mobile tyres and the receptionist was friendly and quick. Not long after I received a call from Frank who’s customer service was outstanding from that very moment until the moment we said goodbye and I drove off. Soo friendly, quick, knowledgeable and patient. I felt so bad because it was pouring down with rain. But Frank did not seem phased at all by the weather. Still smiling and saved me a whole lot of money thinking I needed a new tyre but with his knowledge I was lucky to just need a patch repair and seal. The whole process was smooth and very quick. Thank you so much Frank. Amazing service I definitely know who I will be calling again.
