Lovely tasty food, had the pho soup with rare and cooked beef. Yummy with salad and herbs. The rice paper rolls were a bit dry after soaking in water were as fresh as they come and very yummy with peanut butter dip.It was very busy but service was quick. With only one person serving they may not smile, laugh or chat as they are flat out ordering and bringing food so comments about bad customer service to be discounted.I will sure be back.

Seems to be a really popular hangout place and was highly recommended by locals. Went for a dinner and wasn't disappointed. We ordered a cooked beaf pho, a raw beaf pho and a raw papaya salad. The salad was light and refreshing. The pho was quite bland, piping hot, hearty and made for a very comforting meal. The portion size was on the bigger side. Had a very relaxed and comfortable experience. Looking forward to eating here again!

Spring rolls and rice paper rolls were nice but theyre really hard to get wrong anyway.I ordered a bowl of pho and the broth didnt even resemble what pho is meant to taste like. It didnt have that nice aromatic taste. Instead it was a very strong flavour that resembled beef cup noodles. Pho has a very distinct flavour profile and this missed the mark by a mile. If you had this blind-folded you would think maggi beef cup noodles, not pho. It didnt even come with hoisin sauce on the side which is a condiment that is usually served with pho. Fortunately, this is Townsville and the people here dont know the difference so I think this business will do just fine lol if youre from outside of Townsville or you are looking for authentic pho, this is not it :) try their other dishes instead.

Good potion size. Taste good. Pretty much the best Vietnamese restaurant in Townsville at the end of 2019 early 2020. I’ve been recommended this shop to people at work (no complaints so far).I really hope they don’t start cutting the herbs and veggie portions in their dishes like most restaurants I see in North QLD. Vietnamese cuisine relies heavily the wide varieties of herbs and veggies. Cutting them will drastically change the flavour profile. I don’t want another generic Asian food shop, thanks.

It looks good serving but it was full of noodles.My spring roll was not fresh.. smelly. Dry. Shrimp was so thin and there wasn’t much vegetables. Peanut sauce was too watery.I think they try to balance costs.The noodle pork dish was also full of noodles..I will try different shop which is better quality and prices. I recommend Hanoi shop in Townsville.

A fly in the maryland dyck and pork belly meal. It's dead. And you can tell it's dead because it was cooked with the meal. Reported to the staff and waited for 10 minutes, nobody even come and solved the issue.

I can't speak for take away l, but as for the dine in experience this has become the restaurant I visit when I'm in Townsville. The food to me is always incredible fresh and the flavour is outstanding. The decor is probably perfectly balanced between too much and too little. The price is extremely fair. The staff are always friendly and helpful.It's hard to explain it better than just I really like this joint"."
