Fantastic Aus Post parcel pick up location. All staffs are super friendly and helpful. The reason why parcels are sent here instead of local PO is they don't have enough space to store many parcesl. Size of parcels are vary and sometimes they are so big!

I have things delivered to the parcel pick up here and anytime I've had a problem or issue there are 2 of the team that are on the desk when I come through and they have been super helpful everything. I am super appreciative of their service. Thank you

To begin with, took a day off to wait for parcel delivery, the driver came before 7am, pressed the buzz only once and by the time we got to it, he has already gone and left that collection card. On the card it says collection point is open Saturday morning. Waited a few days and on Saturday when we got there it was closed. Waited a trip and had to take another day off during the week just to collect the parcel. What a poor service compared to other developed country in the world.

Awesome awesome customer service. Matt helped my wife and I to organise our 5 large parcels into our hatch so that we won't have to do 2 trips. I can't express how thankful I am. This Pick up point is highly recommended for everyone. I could give 10 stars.

Amazing open Monday 6am till friday 8pm.All lockers that don't get picked up in 2 days go here. All deliveries are sent here to be picked up if you aren't home

The post office's operating hours and friendly staffs deserve the 5 stars. It opens from Monday 6.30am through to Friday 8pm. Yes, no closing in between. Amazing! The staffs were friendly whatever time you pick up your parcel. I picked up mine at 9pm. We need more post office like this.

Honestly don't think these guys even attempt to deliver parcels half the time. This is the third or fourth time I haven't received a notice in the letter box, but the tracking number in an email (not from the post office) states its been sitting there for numerous days. There is someone home 24/7 at the moment but no one rings the bell, and there is no notice to say they even tried. So disappointing.Even before these trying times this has been happening. And the last time I went to collect I was told not so politely you're lucky we were about to return it". How am I supposed to know if there is no notice even given?!Usually nice

I really love this place. All staffs are super nice and friendly. Some staff remembered my unfamiliar last name. They work hard and convenient business hours. Much appreciated to do late night and early morning !

very weird set up here, it's like driving into area 51. The front entrance says 'staff only', and you drive around the side entrance for 'customers', but then end up in the same car park as the staff entrance??It's good they are open 24 hours, but in the first place, delivery should try and give to your local PO, not a delivery centre miles away because it suits their delivery run.
