How quickly a company can forget about a long term WA customer/company.As any company knows you are only as good as your last customer service experience and then had the nerve to email us about the conversation with these staff, invited a call today to discuss his disappointment v ours and guess what no call, just like last year when we called them to enquire about a freight storage/forwarding opportunity.Charged over $3000 for holding our generators for 3 days when between them and our agent didn't advise when batch recieved until 3 days later. Between them and agent no give or compassion. Shorpak did no notifications to us but sure held the stock ransom until WE paid.Don't get me started on previous issues.Will NEVER use or recommend EVER
