I have been with Hosting Bay for many years for our website, but was not happy when my domain registrar (my emails and website domain name) was purchased by an overseas entity. The service dropped and fees went up, so I decided I needed to move the domain name to another host. Hosting Bay are Australian owned and operated and had always been very helpful so I spoke with them about the change. They offered better rates and promised a problem free transfer of the name and email addresses (we are a law firm so vitally important to get it right), and they delivered 100% on their promise.The transition was flawless with no hiccups or delay. Come to yesterday and I went and updated a very old plugin on my website which caused the site to crash! I logged a ticket at 11pm last night, and within half an hour it was fixed, and they then brought the plugin up to date properly.Awesome service as always, thanks Bob!

My website stopped working due to a db corruption and I didn't know what to do to fix it. I raised a ticket and in less than an hour I received a phone call. After clarifying what I've done and what files I have changed in the past week Robert found that the database was crook so he repaired it thus my website started loading again.Very prompt and professional service, I recommend HostingBay with all my heart. It is also decent pricewise.
