Best service I've had from a business! They were genuine, honest and tried to get me the best deal for the work that had to be done on the car. Plus! A car service includes a complete inside and outside clean of the car! :)))

Travelling from Tassie with a caravan, I had a problem with my 4WD when I reached Perth. Could not have received any better assistance than what Darren and his team provided!! Simply brilliant! They kept me in the loop as to what the issues were and what needed to be done. I was accommodated amazingly well even having Darren pick me up and take me to his workshop to collect the car. I could not recommend this business highly enough - I only wish he had a workshop in Tassie!!

Highly recommend Westralia car care. I brought my car in for a boost / turbo issue. Darren and his team got onto it straight away from short notice and Diagnosed the turbo was unserviceable. They organised replacement parts and had the car up and running within 2 days. Handed back washed and cleaned interior. Darren kept me up to date with the progress of repairs throughout. I was a 1st time customer but we'll definitely be back!

Darren went out of his way to help us with our car and diagnosing what was wrong.He went above and beyond to give us honest advice and options.We really appreciate the professionalism and prompt response.I would highly recommend!!

First of all I only leave a review if it's really warranted.My hubby & I took my Mini Cooper 2004 model to Westralia Car Care for a warranty reason (the radiator had needed replacing) but the car also had quite severe shudder that I mentioned to Darren, who is the owner, not only did he actually listen to me without asking my husband any questions regarding the shudder, ( one big tick there) he & one of the mechanics also spent many hours trying to solve the puzzle of the shudder.Fast forward 3 or 4 days they had succeeded 99.8% to rectify the shudder, Darren had kept us in the loop with how the process was going, he has even added a few of the car issues to the warranty claim in hope of getting more money back to us.My husband & I will now continue to take our cars to him for the ongoing services when. Darren is very obliging & won't quit until he gets to the bottom of an issue with your car, you will not be sorry to use Westralia Car CareKerrie

A trustworthy team that I would recommend getting all of your service and repairs completed by the Westralia Car Care team. From the booking, too dropping off my vehicle and then lastly collecting my very clean vehicle, I need my car was in safe hands.

Can not recommend the lads at Westralia Car Care enough. We had brought our car to one of the big chain mechanics first with some issues and after spending 1000s it was handed back with the same issues and told we’d have to spend a lot more. Stephen and Darren were amazing had the issues sorted so quickly, we’ve have had no problems with the car since! Wish I had known about these in the first place! Thank you for all your help!
