Andrew and Son Chris are amazing service providers. Called four different service providers at 8.30am today with a garage door repair & service job. One didn’t answer whilst the two others said they couldn’t come out same day. Meanwhile Andrew answered the phone and promised to get to my job in the afternoon same day. By 11am Andrew & Chris we’re at my front door and 30 minutes later the job was done and he only charged his call out fee which was cheaper than the other two providers. On top of this, Andrew looked at another garage door for me and instead of replacing the motor he suggested a motor for me to buy and then give him a call to install, when he could have easily charged a few hundred dollars on the spot - now that’s going above and beyond and really great old fashioned service ! A cable broke on my 20 yo panel lift door and the door was jammed very tight. Phoned Elite Roller Door Repairs on Monday and they squeezed me in on Wednesday. They arrived early (letting me know in advance), replaced the cables, serviced the door and it is now pretty much silent. Highly recommend these guys.
