On our way home to Queensland and needed assistance asap. Phoned the service centre, managed to limp our way there. They weren’t sure if they could fix the problem today but managed to sort the problem and allow my husband fix the issue himself out the back. On the road again within the hour. Thanks to these wonderful people.

Worst service experience ever!Safety recall pump on my Mazda was supposedly fixed.I drive 40 mins back to my town and a couple of errands. Stop at a shopping centre with my young daughter. Get back in to start the car it wouldn't start. Tried 3 times. Could smell petrol. The fuel was leaking under the car! I had to get down low and look and it was spreading.I rang and told Mazda Taree service centre. They told me to ring the roadside assistance. I ring Mazda roadside assistance. They say to ring the Fire brigade 000 and then call back because it needs to be safe to be towed back to the service centre. I ring fire brigade and stress wondering if a bystander with a cigarette could blow up the car. I ring roadside assistance back and tell them I will need a car. They say call customer care.Meanwhile the fire truck arrives. I show them to my car. I start to get bad back and chest pain. Ambulance now called to take me to hospital.Do not buy a Mazda or use the service centre at Mazda Taree service centre.I am stuck having to drive around in a car that could have blown up with my daughter or caught fire in the shopping centre because they did not replace a recall fuel pump properly.Absolutely horrendous experience!
