This is probably the MOST careless and unproffesional tzx office I have ever viisited in all my years of tax filing. They are a complete waist of time and money, I would rather have gone any wehere else then have delt with such rude illmannered people. The receptoin Jackie claims she is the manager and will not foward any concerns or questions you have to any one. I called in after my taxes were not returned to me after FIVE weeks of visiting the office and Jackie emailed me that she will send it out soon after she promised me I would of recieved it weeks ago. I am STILL waiting for my return. Let's see what Jackie comes up with next.If I may suggest - NEVER visit this office, you are better taking your money and time else where!!!
