Have been waiting for 25 days to have my oven fixed. Christmas Day is 4 days away and looks like my grandchildren and I will not have Christmas dinner this year. I am so disgusted. The agent has simply gone on holidays and done nothing. I am 75 years old, in a wheelchair, looking after my disabled grandchildren, alone. Words fail me how disgustingly we have been treated.
