The most impressive aspect of the company is their focus on respectful and effective communication with clients. Too many tradies simply don't care about explaining things to clients to their satisfaction and too many brush off legitimate questions. Kevin's response to openness in person/text/emails were all clear, and so as Tim his assistant. This outstanding communication and mannerism do not only reflect their professionalism but also command trust. It's just too hard to find tradies that are trustworthy and not try to take advantage of the situation.In terms of their expertise, Kevin was able to quickly adapt to the challenge on-site with a failed powerpoint that could not be repaired due to the wiring of our old house. No drama, while providing the clarity we needed.Ultimately the cost was fair but it's their service and communication that make me want to go back to Kevin and his team for help in the future.I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin and his team to anyone. Kevin and team installed 3 aircons for us. Job was well done and look great, outside units all at the back out of sites, drain pipes between brick wall and plaster board. Just in time before two hot days. Highly recommended and would use their service again.

MCB recently did lots of work for our house. : Rewiring a whole double brick house, Installing RCD C40 to protect all final sub circuits, supplying and install Smoke alarm. providing certificate of electrical safety compliance , providing audit report. The service is very professional , good quality with reasonable fee. Workmen of the company took time to explain and were willing to answer any questions. Highly recommended.
