Lovely library and great customer service. I got a new card for a very old membership from over 10 years ago and the process was quite quick. The children's section is so good! Lots of selection based on level on reading abilities and a fun play area. We cant wait to join in on some of the programs at this library and we were given a handy booklet with an outline of all upcoming events this autumn.

To the managerI have not been given the support I expected in my present circumstances. Because I live alone,. I do not have a family, I am 85 years old and vision impaired I trusted you to facilitate and ensure that my communication with Centrelink would be safe and secure. i do not how to scan documents. Opening hours need improving on other wise terrific library but not much good if it is closed to often. I believe this is the Ballarat Councils fault they should pay the volunteers who are running the library for the great job they do. SHAME on you Ballarat Council. These people who run the library as volunteers are wonderful people and absolutely terrific for putting themselves out and giving up their time for FREE in order to keep our library open like they do. I rate them FIVE stars for the remarkable job they do.

Horrible place to study, can not even think to myself let alone study for my year 12 exams when there is a group of 10 teenagers practically screaming and talking rubbish the whole time. “i want to bite your forehead” *screams*
