Lorenzo first quoted $600 for our 3 bedroom apartment bond clean. This then went up to $1200 after he said it was a much bigger clean then he thought.Either way we paid because we needed it to be cleaned. The job was definitely not worth $1200. The apartment was still no where near to being bond cleaned. Our real estate agent took one look and said it was a poor quality job and that we needed another clean. Lorenzo then messaged me to say everything had been sorted out with our realesate agent and that we would get our bond back... that was a lie. We still were required to get another bond clean.Poor quality service especially for the price.

Lorenzo & Karl we’re fast and efficient, from quote to completion of the work. All done with a minimum of fuss. They went above & beyond, wanting the job to be perfect. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone wanting a professional job done.

Will definitely recommend Lorenzo.His a quality painter and not a cheap painter but fair prices . Prefer to pay a bit extra for a qualified quality painter.He used Dulux and not cheap paint like trade x from Bunnings or taubmans

Patch job for me, threatened my partner, threatened me with an underworld figure, lied about us stealing his tools, lied about how much more he was fleeced when we had overpaid and never had the job finished, asked for money upfront and demanded more money from us and then begging for forgiveness and then re-threatening. Police had to attend him collecting his tools. He messed us around and did what we asked him not to do. Reported him to the police and found out we are not the first. Reported him to Service Seeking with police reports so that others won't have to go through what we did. All threats, via email and sms and comments on his Facebook page have been handed to the Broadbeach police. Hire this man at your own peril!

Dodgy as, an hour after arriving the cleaner just packed up and left. My wife caught her leaving and asked why she didn't finish. She said she had another job. Don't pay upfront for any cleaning service, you will not get what you paid for and you will lose all your money.
