Capital Lakes Rowing Club, Canberra rents a portaloo from ACTQ. It is expensive - $2766 in FY1314. The service is poor to non-existent. The toilet is supposed to be serviced every 2 weeks. The last service was 31st March 2014. The toilet stinks. Some members refuse to use it.
