Friendly and very helpful

I have just started treatment with Darwin Orthodontics, they have been very easy to deal with, very helpful and considerate. I am a remote worker so they have been very accommodating. Would recommend.

Jeff is a wonderful dentist. He is very friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. He totally respects my options of the treatment plan.

I had a so bad experience with Doctor Swan, he doesn’t know what is responsibility. At the first time, they charged me $300 did the tooth check and got records, I waited one month for the results, the appointment was 12:30, but Doctor Swan came at 1pm, he said I need to take four tooth out, and the orthodontics fee should be around $8000, he even didn’t told me the fee is for Invisalign or traditional steel braces, after that, he said I need to book an appointment with the dentist to check if my tooth has a good condition for orthodontics, why he didn’t said that before he charged me $300 ? What is the meaning for the $300 check? After that he left and didn’t say anything, I even didn’t know he left. He is soooooo rude!!!!!!!
