Huge thanks to Rafal and the team at Unit Appliances who kept my washing machine going for 32 years. Rafal works fast, explains everything clearly and is totally punctual and reliable. Last time we saw Rafal he had to break the news that we needed to say goodbye to the old Hoover, but I wanted to say thanks to these guys for their work over the years. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this company for Washing Machine repairs. Very prompt and friendly service. Everything explained in detail. Will definitely use them again for any appliance repair work I need.

Very disappointed. Raj who was sent to my home was no help at all. My washing machine was fixed within 10 minutes and it broke down again within 5 minutes of use. I called him and he verbally abuse me calling me all sorts of stuff and saying that I was wasting his time. Don't recommend this service at all. If you get Raj, just request for someone else or get another company to service your appliance.

I cant believe the verbal abuse I got from Raj that works with Unit Appliances. He came to have a look at my dishwasher for the 2nd time because it still wasn't working properly and when he discovered that it wasn't the dishwasher that wasn't working but the trap under the sink was blocked he called me every name under the sun because I WASTED HIS TIME !!!!!!

I booked a service for Wednesday in Burwood. The technician Rafal came in the next thew hours and fixed my washing machine. He was very professional, he did a excellent job and answered all my questions. I am very happy with the service. I would definitely call them again and recommend it to all my friends.

A reliable electrician repaired my meter box panel. He felt that my dishwasher was 'tripping' my meter box switches & that I should get a dishwasher technician. So I phoned Ace Washing Machine/Unit appliances, Moorabbin. The contact person (woman) was professional, informing me that the company had succesfully been in business for 25 + years & were very experienced. However, when Shulan, the dishwasher repair man came to my home he said that my dishwasher was unable to be fixed by him & perhaps I should get a plumber to check the outlets. I found his attitude quite flippant & unprofessional as he was talking, on an obviously personal mobile phone call, during the whole time that he was at my home!

I booked a service for my aunt's washing machine on Monday morning and was told a technician would be available before 1 pm that day. The technician Rafal came within the next few hours and fixed the washing machine on the spot with no mess or further problem. He was very professional, he did a excellent job and answered any questions. My aunt is very happy with the service and the reasonable cost. I would definitely call them again and recommend it to anyone who needs this type of service.

This company keeps no records or invoices from work done which is an issue if the work done has been faulty or you require records for insurance purpose as we have.

I booked an service for monday morning at mill park the techinician came by one hour & fixed my washing machine did great job & excellent customer service that saved my day, lot of washing was pending because of broken washing machine.I would defiantly call them again in future & recommed others too
