Black round and very tyre munchy

I really like tyrecycle and how they account for tyres taken back to St Marys , unfortunately if i call them with only say 45 tyres they charge me for the minimum of 50 tyres.Now when i call them i have over 100 tyres and they cannot tell me when they are going to come,and i run out of space to stock all these old tyres.You would think it you are in the business of picking up tyres , that you would be able to tell your customer when you are coming to pick up ,and actually pick up..i always pay on the day of pick up and in full .i know have 104 tyres and i had to call the competition because i have already asked for a pick up 2.5 weeks ago and not a call....... nothing .................
