We are very happy with KE’s service at Coach Harbour Town Adelaide! As soon I walked in store with my mum we met Ke who give us the best service and help me to choose what I needed. He is very professional with his job and understands what we want. The other staff also very friendly. We definitely come back again. They actually do sell great quality products.❤️

Had the pleasure of going into Coach Harbour Town last week and was greeted with a smile. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to buy and whilst looking a bit lost the manager Mel came to help me. She was very kind and easy to talk to and when I couldn’t find anything I liked was so understanding. Although I didn’t purchase anything I still felt like a valued customer. Would 100% recommend going in when she’s working and you need help

I was after a new purse and was looking to treat myself as it is close to my birthday, but was uncertain as to what I wanted. This was the first time ever that I have purchased a high end item like this. The experience was truly a delight and I felt so comfortable with the product I ended up purchasing. I was serviced by Mel who is in fact the manager. She was so considerate and listened to what I was after and then picked out the perfect purse for myself. I highly recommend this store not only for their products but the amazing service you’ll receive as well.

Thank you so much to the wonderful lady who served me the other day! I believe she was the manager? She wore her hair in a high tight bun.I have never had such wonderful service in a store. I felt welcomed from the moment I entered the store and she was so helpful in assisting me. I went in looking to purchase a gift for my mother and ended up even getting myself something thanks to this lovely lady.Would highly recommend seeing her if you're in need of assistance.

Mel at Harbour Town was absolutely terrific, customer service 12/10. She helped me massively and was really knowledgeable. She greeted us with a smile and made sure we were more than satisfied before leaving. I appreciate the experience with Mel and will definatly be shopping back there.
