Spanish Paellaman

Cristian and Patricia cooked the most amazing food and were super friendly and fun to have around. Best Sangria we have ever had too. Can't wait to have you guys back, it was the highlight of our NYE party. Biggest thanks from all of us, no leftovers, even the kids loved it!!!

Most average paella I've had. Got one from the Brisbane Wednesday markets at lunch time. I wanted seafood but they were out - even though the sign was still showing seafood - so had the chicken/chorizo instead. One small chicken wing and 3 slices of chorizo in a poorly flavoured paella dish is not worth paying $13 at a market stall. Only flavour I could taste was salt. Didn't enjoy it at all. :(

Last night we had the pleasure of experiencing the culinary magic of The Paella Man (JP)!First and foremost, the food was absolutely incredible. The paella prepared by JP was a masterpiece in itself. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite was a burst of culinaryNot only was the food exceptional, but the service provided by JP was outstanding!  He exuded passion for his craft and a genuine love for creating a memorable dining experiences. He took the time to explain the origins of the dish, the cooking process, and even shared some secret tips and tricks.The overall ambiance and atmosphere created by The Paella Man were also remarkable. The setup was beautifully done, with vibrant colours, enticing aromas, and a contagious energy that made the whole event come alive. It created a warm and inviting environment that made everyone feel welcome and part of something truly special.In conclusion, I cannot recommend The Paella Man highly enough. The combination of unbelievable food, exceptional service, and a vibrant atmosphere makes this culinary experience an absolute must-try.  Thank you JP ( you are the Paella man) !

Juan Pedro was very friendly, courteous and helpful in attending to us. I will never think twice if I decide to have a paella again at my next party. I will certainly call again the PAELLA MAN. Authentic taste and very delightful indeed. We all enjoyed Juan Pedro’s cooking skills. Bravo señor.
