We thank Carlo and his staff for creating a program for all ages.I started in the senior programme after the fathers day introduction without any martial arts experience and worked my way through the challenges to blackbelt. It helped me be a good role model for my children. I thank the club for keeping me fit and healthy.Both my daughter and son have been involved in the club from taekinda class 4+ and junior ninja group 5+ to get to their blackbelt stage.As well as defence techniques the club has a positive vibe for parents and great influence on the kids confidence by teaching them skills for life.

All three of my children have been attending Team Carlo since the age of four. My oldest is now 10, and to see her poise, strength and confidence (despite her small stature!) at gradings is inspiring, and a credit to the Team Carlo program. All the staff are dedicated and passionate, and they care about the kids’ progress and well-being. We are glad to be a part of the Team Carlo family!
