I don’t know why I torture myself visiting this store and spending my money. On the last two occasions I have purchased from this store the two older ladies with short dark hair are nothing but rude and unhelpful. I felt like an inconvenience to them both today, and taking up their valuable time by spending MY money in the store.

Bought a toaster and was very impressed with the product knowledge of the lady shop assistant. I can’t remember her name but she had short, dark hair. She helped me get exactly what I was after. Very happy with the experience.

If it was possible to give negative stars in would be minus 50. Worst customer service ever. These people have obviously never heard of the concept of return business. They'll never get another penny of my hard earned, they don't deserve it. Fortunately there are lots of other kitchenware shops in Mona Vale that actually provide great service and know how to treat their customers. My advice would be forget this messy rabbit warren of a shop if you want o keep your sanity.

Great Friendly Service! Always greeted with a smile...Staff knowledgeable and always keen to assist. when the product I was looking for was unavailable within their store the staff went out of their way to suggest other stores that may stock the product I needed at the time. This store is always my first point of reference every time I need any cooking utensils/cookware. Keep Up the great work!

The customer service here is terrible. You can wander around this store for hours without being approached by the staff. Then when I made it to the counter I waited for minutes before someone came to take my money. I went up the road to the kitchen shop in Mona vale and they had a better range and cheaper for the same item. They don’t accept refunds either. It’s not that hard to find employees that smile and are happy to help, especially in the current economic climate.

It's disappointing this is the only kitchenware store in Warriewood Square. Perhaps this is why the customer service is so bad, and the staff are so rude. The only reason I visit is because there is no other option. I guess that's why they don't care about their google reviews and never respond to them.
