After my review (you can read it below as I am leaving it for everyone to see how you change customer perception) I got contacted by Sinan from Clearwater. After listening to my concerns regarding the service there was immediate corrective actions taken and Andy (who visited me on day 1) came and took care of the issues. Their willingness to fix the problem and ability to acknowledge a mistake shows they are in this for the long run. If price point is your thing then definitely they are on the higher side compared to some of the competition but if you are looking for genuine people who are willing to learn and fix what's wrong then definitely go with Clearwater, I will be in future for sure.OLD REVIEW TEXT BELOW THIS LINE, KEPT TO SHOW HOW YOU CHANGE CUSTOMER PERCEPTION-----------------------------HIGHLY OVERPRICED AND FALSE ADVERTISING. I got their contact over from a flyer that said no call out fee". Now I needed a gas plumbing done so when I called them I was informed and I am quoting here "You will get a $49 fee which is for a 30 point safety check not a call-out fee

Outstanding service and workmanship! Had Dylan & Sam work at our place to investigate a hot water issue where kitchen & bath & bathroom sink were not getting any hot water. Dylan did the due diligence of testing the system to assess of a repair or replacement was needed. We had a replacement done twice by other plumbers in the past who did not do the appropriate investigation which didn't resolve the root cause. Wasted lots of money & time!. It has been ~3 months since Dylan and co did the job and the hot water still working great throughout the whole house. Also had taps & shower heads replaced and installed a pipe to feed water from the pergola to the drain. Dylan was punctual, explained what he was going to do & why before execution. Kept me updated throughout. Price was fair. Cant say how happy I was with these guys and have recommended to multiple. Very reliable! Keep up the great work guys! Anne

We had two blocked toilets at 9:30 this morning. I called and spoke to Jason, who sent one of his plumbers, Sam to fix the problem by 11am. Sam was very professional, polite, and got the job done extremely quickly (and quietly as we had a newborn asleep in the next room). Sam completed the job, explained why the blockage had happened and left within 30 minutes so we could keep going with our day.Would strongly recommend this service. Thanks Sam.

Was able to get their service within 24hrs since first contact. Professional service and checked property water pressure as well to identify the reason for new tap failure.After install, everything was working as expected and he did a good job.

Had one blocked toilet due to tree root invasion and a 2nd toilet that wasn't flushing property. Jason, Freddy, Graham and the rest of the team were very professional and responsive to our concerns. They were prompt and finished this big job including digging and replacing damaged pipes and replace two toilets in two days as estimated. We couldn't be happier with the quality and professionalism of the job at reasonable rates.Highly recommended!

Lovely people to deal with. Jason attended on the same day that I contacted them and gave a fixed quote (no callout fee). The quality of work was of the highest standard and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Received junk mail from this business when my mailbox is clearly marked no junk mail". They should pick better mailbox drop contractors that are able to follow the rules to avoid giving their business a bad name. I contacted the company directly last time this occurred and didn't receive a response - unprofessional."

At first I was concerned about the price of the installation, but the quality of the workmanship reflects the price. All staff I dealt with were very professional and thorough. Graham, Deegan and Andrew all showed a concern for getting the job done correctly and professionally. Great to deal with you all. Job well done !
