Best place to visit for a genuine product and sales advice. Ryan is an asset to the organization. He very patiently handled all my queries as I was buying a beard trimmer for the first time.Theyve got a huge variety of trimmers to choose from.Highly recommended!!

Very poor service from the short bigger build Lady there.She Lacked product knowledge and was not friendly at all. I kindly advised her that there was a rusty shaver on the Shelf. Her words , that's fine, were aware of it and all over it????She was the rudest women I have ever come across at any of the shaver shops. Most are so friendly and helpfullNo other shaver shop would allow a rusty shaver to be on the shelfShe also said it's made in China so thats whyI thought the Australian standards were still in place at all shaver shops.I'll stick to my local store.

Excellent customer service. She gave effort to find a item for me which was out of shelf.

The manager there was able to help track down a very hard to find replacement clipper blade from one of their other stores and arranged for it to be put on hold for me. It works a treat, so very happy with the service I received

Went in looking for replacement blades for my beard trimmer, was served by Ryan who was very helpful. They did not have any in stock but he found some at a nearby store and arranged to have them put aside for me for collection. We spoke about electric shavers and what would be best for my skin/beard type,I went with Ryan’s recommendation and must say after using it I’m very happy with the selection.Great service and very helpful, made for a pleasant buying experience.

Condescending and rude staff. Will never return to this store and suggest people avoid it where possible. Unprofessional!!!!

My pitbull shaver ceased charging last week and I checked and it was under warranty however I had no receipt. Could not find it. I rang customer service line in Melbourne and they found the receipt online in their system and were so helpful assuring me a replacement would be granted. I popped down to harbour town store where I bought it and the manager there was so helpful, no questions asked he started to organise a replace and assured me one would be on the way. Within a week he had sourced one from Melbourne and had it over. I even got 2 calls to update me on what was happening. Awesome service which I appreciated. Manager and staff were so helpful and gave me some cleaning tips with the new pitbull. Great bloke with fantastic customer service skills and a good sense of humour. Go get what you need from this place as they will bend over backwards to help. I will be a long time customer now.

Was very impressed today! Lucie helped me find quite a few different items and was so kind and patient with me. I will be 100% coming back!
