C & M Aquatic Centre

It's a good swimming pool. My 4 year old daughter goes there for her lessons and I can see good improvement in her swimming.

My son has been in lessons for about 6 months now, he was absolutely terrified of the water and now he’s progressing beautifully ! The teachers and staff are so patient and amazing, they made me feel calm when my son was absolutely losing it. Can’t recommend enough !!!

My sons teacher is Ana and she is so great with all the kids in the duckling class. She gives me confidence also while in the pool.The car park is small and hard to manoeuvre around however generally able to find a park close by if not in the car park itself.

I have received exceptional service! Front desk staff always have a smile and are very welcoming. Swim teachers are experienced, and both instructive yet gentle natured.After having a difficult experience getting my toddler to stay in the pool with intro lessons the staff were very professional and helpful in Coming up with an alternate plan. Needless to say he loves going to swimming lessons now.Can’t recommend enough!

I don't like to see a child frightened to do something in a swimming lesson. Children not grouped with others at same level. A 30 minute lesson in which child only has 10 minutes of swimming if lesson only has 3 children in group sometimes more than 3. Not worth the money

Our boys absolutely love swimming at C & M. We no longer live in the area and travel 30mins to attend lessons. Their teachers are incredible and cater to our boys needs so well that we don’t ever want to leave!

Great place for your kids to learn to swim. I have 2 of mine enrolled and they are making great progress after only a few lessons. The only issue is that it's a small school and can get a little crowded. Parking is limited but there is ample street parking. Very professional and courteous staff on deck also.

Our child learns to swim here - the instructors are fantastic and the staff at the counter are very helpful. The centre isn't massive but space is ample on weekdays. The pools are heated + indoorsUpdate for 2022; still great.

The worst pool ever. Yes, some people may feel otherwise but our experience was nothing short of appalling. Our son had been going there for years and made no progress. They kept him in baby pool till he was almost 3. Upon us pointing that, they finally moved him to bigger pool. Even then, there was no commitment to teach and our kid was not learning well. When we raised this they got quite upset and things got uncomfortable from then on. Their staff started treating us rudely. One particular day, last August, our kids (second one was registered there too) were sick when they woke up. It was around 8:30 AM. We called and cancelled but when we asked for a make up class, we were never given any. Apparently, we should know by 8 AM if our children are going to be sick. When we went to the centre to discuss this, the staff at reception was extremely rude and we had a disagreement. The owner's Daughter (Sharon) called later that day, threatening us to apologise to her staff or she will cancel our kids classes mid term. We refused, she cancelled, offering partial refund. Basically, we were kicked out of there for standing up to a bullying staff.Last week (a year later) they charged our credit card again (our kids have been going to a different swimming centre). This was an unauthorised transaction. Again, Sharon refused to refund the amount and wanted to deduct cancellation fees even though we never registered for their services. I will stay well away from this pool. We were unfairly treated due to our complaints
