I went to see Sandra today for the first time for a wax (something a little nerve racking about going somewhere new for something so intimate!) and within seconds of walking through the door I felt like I’d known Sandra for years! The wax itself was quick, painless and down to the detail- Sandra is warm, friendly and a laugh and a half!Mind you I rang 4 days ago and asked for an appointment, a little late on my part before Christmas and Sandra so kindly squeezed me. This place was great. A few times. I (thought) I got along with the owner well, as we were always chatting for the entire time. Then comes the day that opened my eyes to how cruel she is. When I tried to make an appointment, I was essentially told I wasn’t wanted there as a customer and to find someone else. That was quite a shock. To be welcomed warmly each time to then be told it would be beat if I no longer went there was like a huge punch in the gut.If you want somewhere nice and friendly to go to for beauty treatments, don’t go here. I only write reviews when somewhere is exceptional in some way. This clinic is exceptional in being fake and unkind.

Happy client for over 5 years and always leave happy with my services. If I need to change my appointment due to other life commitments getting in the way, Sandra always works her magic to fit me in. Best brow shaping too !!
